Students will complete the Sight Word Workout Powerpoint every day.
There will also be an activity for students to do to help learn their sight words

We are all learning how to do this as we go.

Build your sight words with anything you have at home (legos, blocks, sticks, etc).
Write your sight word in a list from the shortest word to the longest word.
Practice your sight words outside with chalk, rocks, grass, or anything you can find!
Write your sight words in sentences.

Write your words in alphabetical order.
Write each word in a question. Ask the questions to a family member.

Have a grown-up spread shaving cream on a kitchen counter or shower wall. Spell your words in the shaving cream with your finger.
Write each of your words, then highlight the vowels using a highlighter or marker.
Write each word twice. First, write the word as tiny as you can (so it can still be read). Then, write it in JUMBO letters!
